I am Cheryl Bass, your Conscious Living Coach. I want to invest in your health and well-being. Several years ago, I decided to take the journey towards better health. I lowered my blood pressure and took off some pounds. I am pretty healthy. Recently with Let's Go, I took off more weight towards my fitness goals. I love the way I feel and for people to guess that I am 18 years younger than my actual age is a blessing. I consciously live my life well.
