Living Water Community Church

Living Water Community Church began in a school in 1974. After the first six years of its existence, Ken Dignan became the Pastor in 1981 as the church began to grow. In 1985, the congregation purchased 3 acres of property on Canterbury Lane and built its first building.

The congregation quickly outgrew the building and, in 1989, added an addition. In 1991, Ken Dignan resigned to travel as an evangelist. In January 1992, Ken and Chrystal Hansen were hired as Lead Pastors. On January 19, 1997, spiritual renewal hit Living Water, and the church began experiencing the greatest period of growth in its history, leading to a second addition to the church.

In March 2004, God opened the door for Living Water to purchase 15 acres of prime property behind the Pheasant Chase shopping plaza at 190 Lily Cache Lane. In November of 2006, Living Water opened its new campus consisting of a 48,000 sq. ft. main building housing a sanctuary, activity center and children's ministry center, adult classrooms, café, bookstore, industrial kitchen and offices. At the back of the campus is an 8,300 sq.ft. Student Ministries Center that is jointly used by Student Ministries and our Hispanic Church, Centro Cristiana la Victoria.

The heartbeat of Living Water is to serve our community in a variety of ways, asking nothing in return, so that people will experience the love of Christ and desire the new life He offers to all.
