Ephesians Chapter 3 verses 1- 11 (KJV), with emphasis on verse 7 – Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the EFFECTUAL working of his power. Effectual means to bring about a change especially the desired or intended change.

We highlight “effectual” because in this context it means that the Word should take an EFFECT in the lives of the hearers and believers of God that they may walk in perfection as the manifested sons of God.

Ephesians 4: 11-12 says, And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Romans 8:19 = For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
