Livingroom Yoga

Yoga Instructors, Linda Sheftel and Teri Goszka, came together to create a yoga studio for everybody and for every BODY, with a variety gentler practices and some for the athlete as well. Classes that are leveled with teachers hand chosen for their compassion, this studio should be as welcoming as your own Living Room! Since the owners taught in their respective living rooms for years, they are excited to expand and open these doors to many more folks of all ages and interests.
