We art LFC work hard to take in any additional ideas or requests from our members. We strive to keep our equipment very well maintained, and we keep our facility spotless to ensure that every client has a great experience in our facility every time they come in. At LFC, we only allow certified personal trainers and instructors to work with our facility to ensure everyone is getting the best possible professional fitness help that our city has to offer!

LFC membership prices
1 adult membership with a 12 month contract - $36 per month
*Add a second adult for $30 per month
Student membership with a 12 month contract - $20 per month
Senior membership with a 12 month contract - $20 per month

We also offer discounts for first responders, school employees, various employer discounts along with many others. For more info on available rates, stop by LFC or give us a call 936-327-BFIT (2348)

Weight Room & Cardio Equipment - included with membership.
Top of the line equipment. Free weights, selectorized machines, step mills, row machines, ab machines, treadmills, elepticals and more! We now have a sauna in each the women and men's locker rooms.

Group Exercise Classes
We are working to expand our class selections! Currently, we offer Yoga, Zumba, modified aerobics and Total Body Fitness. We post our group exercise schedule weekly. Classes are not part of your standard membership, member rates range between $3-$5 per class, and non members range from $5-$7 per class.

Personal Trainers
Personal training sessions start at $25 per session. As a member, your first consultation is free. For a list of personal trainers, please give us a call and we will tell you how to get started.

Kids Club - Included with membership
We have a large area for kids to play, study or relax while parents workout. There is a TV in the weight room with a monitor of the Kids Club room so parents can see their children while they work out. Children must be atleast 18 months old. The room is open 24/7 and is supervised by our Kids Club sitters M-Thu 4p-8p.

Sand Volleyball - Included with membership
We have a regulation size outdoor volleyball court for our members use. We hold spring and fall coed volleyball leagues open to members.

LFC Pro Shop
Protein, bcaa, pre workouts, intra workouts, post workouts. Snacks, drinks and more. Also a great place to get your LFC gear including shirts, hats, bags, hoodies, gloves and more!
