Jeffrey R. Lupovitch, M.D.

Dr. Lupovitch received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, Ann Arbor. He received a Masters of Science degree in Bio-engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed a medical internship at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at William Beaumont Eye Institute, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Lupovitch is board-certified by the American Board of ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He practiced ophthalmology and the Birmingham/Royal Oak area prior to joining Livonia ophthalmologists in January 2009.



Noel Van Glahn, M.D.

Dr. Van Glahn, one of the founding members of Livonia Ophthalmologists, retired in 2009 after 40 years of caring for patients.



Martin B. Berman, M.D.

Dr. Berman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Berman is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been practicing with Livonia Ophthalmologists since 1971.



Ronald S. Lorfel, M.D.

Dr. Lorfel received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed a medical internship at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Dr. Lorfel was an ophthalmologist in the US Air Force for two years with the rank of Major prior to joining Livonia Ophthalmologists in 1976.
