I do this by first establishing a trusting, therapeutic relationship with you through active listening in a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your personal needs.

My main office is conveniently located in Herald Square at 19 W 34th St. I also have a secondary office in Elmhurst, Queens, conveniently located by the 74th St station. I am an in-network provider for Cigna and Empire Blue Cross. I can also work with you on out-of-network benefits. I offer a sliding scale for those who do not have insurance.
