A lot of lenders call themselves a “direct lender,” and the definition oft-times depends on whom you ask. Working with a lender that does everything listed below, like PRMG, means accessing more kinds of financing to meet the varying needs of a wider public. It means lower costs, faster turnarounds and less hassle for you.

A lender that sells directly to another lender and has a direct endorsement ability to underwrite and approve their own loans.
A lender that has its own warehouse line in order to fund its own loans.
