Husband and Wife (Ken & Carla Eckman) originally created the online Facebook community Clean Eats SCV (fb.com/groups/CleanEatsSCV). Shortly in a little over a year the community has grown to over 7,000 members. Together with Ken's culinary experience and Carla's business background, Local Clean Eats was founded in 2016.
