COST?
-on average between $10-$15 per meal

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEALS?
-Have your meals delivered, pick them up from one of our pick up centers, or have them shipped to you via overnight shipping.

-We offer deliveries & Pick-ups Sunday - Thursday
Shipments are available Monday - Thursday (No shipments on Sundays because our courier service does not deliver on this day)

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS?
There are NO commitments (although we strive to build long term relationships with all our clients!), most of our clients order on a weekly meal plan basis.
