Lone Star Estates

We have 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units that are $480.00 a month (approx. 875 sq. ft.) and 3 bedroom 2 1/2 units for $550.00 a month (approx. 1100 sq. ft.) We are not government housing and do not except section 8.

No utilities are included in rent. Utilities are electric and water, no gas. Garbage is included on water bill and picked up once a week.

We do background checks on every tenant. And must be at least 18 years of age to rent.

The security deposit is $300.00 for a 1 year lease and $500.00 for a 6 month lease. This can vary depending on the unit.

There are additional deposits for pets. Price depends on type, size, and how many pets you have.

Units include on site management, 24/7 emergency #'s, landscaping (except fenced in backyards), Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, mailbox, small yard, central heat/ A/C and off street parking. Some units include a refrigerator, carport, and storm doors. Some units are carpet and some are flooring.

An application is required to be on the waiting list. There are no application fees.
