My name is Cade Demere. I am a personal trainer based out of The Bar Athletic club in San Angelo, Tx. I'm here to help people be the best versions of themselves they can possibly be.

I'm not here to give you false hope or gimmicks or some magic supplement or secret to attaining your fitness goals, I believe that the only full proof method to achieve lasting results is putting in the hard work and maintaining a healthy focus on your personal goals.

When you commit to training with me you have complete access to me and any knowledge/motivation that I have to share 24/7. I'll be your biggest fan as well as your toughest critic, all while keeping your best interest as my client as top priority. I can't promise you immediate results, however I can promise you that with enough work, time and the right attitude, you will be completely satisfied.

I believe that good health is completely within reach for everyone, so don't be intimidated if you feel as though you're "too far gone", there's no such thing, it's never too late to make a positive change in your life and I'd be more than happy to help you take the first step.
