More about Lone Wolf's Den Farm, Greenhouse, and Gardens

Lone Wolf's Den farm is a one woman farm specializing in useful plants grown naturally and other products for your home made clean, simple & earth conscious.

Plant media is mixed one wheelbarrow at a time. Synthetic growth regulators, insecticides, or fertilizers are never used. Plants are bird, butterfly, and pollinator friendly making them a must for today's gardens. Plants are hand watered, and inspected and grown outdoors for better survival. The greenhouse is mainly used as a propagation house. Please remember if buying plants from LWD early in the year that they are vernalized, meaning that many are dormant. They are okay to plant but it's best to keep on the dry side until active growth is showing.

Most who know me, know what a plant addict I am. I grow a bit of everything but I specialize in useful plants such as herbs (culinary, medicinal, fragrant and crafting), edibles (fruits and vegetables), native plants (too many to list as these are a necessity in today's yards), plants that attract birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, and pollinators, plants for cut flowers or crafting, old garden roses for the south, hydrangeas, carnivorous, and drought tolerant plants.

I grow for two premier garden centers. You might find me at a Farmers' Market but mostly at special garden shows or special events supporting plant and herb societies, Master Gardener events, and local organizations, church and educational programs, such as Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude's Research Hospital.

Check out my Facebook events page to see my schedule. I am happy to say that i now take credit cards. Thank you to all who have supported my one woman farm over the years. Hope to see you soon.
