Long Beach Vintage ETC Dealer Inquiries:
Long Beach Vintage ETC is currently looking for qualified dealers to participate in
an exciting antique/vintage goods market space in the historic core of Pine Avenue in Long Beach. Newly Expanded and ready to receive new vendors, now is the time to join a select group of dealers that have already committed to this exciting new business.
Space Rental
Space rental rates start at $3 per sq ft and go up to $3.50 per sq ft depending on the size space you choose to occupy.
Glass Cases
Glass cases are available at $50 per shelf, per month
Commission
Long Beach Vintage ETC takes a flat 13% commission on all sales. There is an additional 1% charge for Credit Card purchases.
Rental Terms
First and last months rent will be due at time of moving into space. There is no
commitment beyond the first and last month.
Free Services
Long Beach Vintage ETC does extensive social networking and advertises heavily on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/longbeachvintage and instagram lbvintage_ETC. We also place many weekly ads on Craigslist to help build up our customer awareness. Additionally, we advertise in the local newspapers and in the “Antique & Retro” Shoppers Map.
At the discretion of the owners, Long Beach Vintage ETC will photograph and place items in the inventory section of our website. www.lbvintage.com Items sold from the website will be shipped at the buyers expense by Long Beach Vintage ETC. No charges will be billed to dealers for this service.
Optional Services
For additional fees Long Beach Vintage ETC can provide local deliveries as a courtesy to your clients.
At the discretion of each individual dealer Long Beach Vintage ETC can provide ebay listing services. We handle all aspects of the transaction from photography to shipping. Items sold through ebay are subject to a 20% commission as well as all ebay and paypal fees.
