Long Term Solutions was founded by Noreen Guanci and Anne Harrington in 1999. The company provides high quality services to the Long Term Care Insurance industry in the areas of care assessment, planning, coordination and consulting. The newly developed WeCare+ product provides these services directly to employees through their employee benefit programs.

Inc. Magazine named LTS one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America in 2010 and 2011. LTS has also been recognized by the Women Presidents' Organization as one of the fastest growing women-owned businesses in the US in 2010 – Listed in the Wall Street Journal.
