Long Valley Health Center

Long Valley Health Center works to improve the quality of life for all people of Northern Mendocino County by providing, in a respectful and compassionate manner, the most comprehensive and highest quality, integrated health care services possible.
We offer medical, dental, behavioral, chiropractic, and acupuncture health services. We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, private insurance, private pay, and offer a sliding scale for those who qualify with financial need.
