Longevity Personal Fitness is the Millburn/ Short Hill’s area’s first and only personal training studio to offer a research-based functional fitness program for women and men. Our highly trained staff follows a proprietary knowledge-based foundation to design a 30 MINUTE program to help you FEEL as young as possible by moving more with flexibility and vitality throughout life.

Our trained health and wellness staff follows a knowledge-based foundation in order to design a program specifically for you. How We Train
Studies show that functional task training is more effective than traditional exercise training. At Longevity Personal Fitness we focus on the movements we do everyday: bending, reaching, rotating, squatting, pushing/pulling and construct exercises that strengthen our ability to do these tasks, challenging our motor control and coordination. We follow our proven health science methodology focused on maintaining a high level of mental and physical function. Our highly educated health and wellness professionals offer options that are safe, fun and beneficial. Whether your goal is to train with efficiency, commute to work with ease, improve your sport performance or to play with your little ones – we provide personal training to keep you moving in YOUR direction.

What You Can Expect
We begin training our clients by listening to their desired fitness goals. We also conduct a full body assessment to determine which needs are most apparent and address those areas first. Your sessions are then planned to progress week by week focusing on biomechanics, strength, functional movement and whole body health. All of our exercise patterns are constructed with a whole-body approach, rather than strengthening parts. You will never find us doing lower-body work one day and upper-body work another. Through all of this, we take into consideration the aging process and its implications on exercise. We want you to exercise in a way that feels good and doesn’t wear you down. We believe that YOU can be fit, healthy, vibrant, and functional at any age.
