Coach Glenn Lego
Glenn is the owner and operator of LongShot MMA the Intermountain Area’s first Mixed Martial Arts program. With 18 years of martial arts training he holds Black Belts in both Jiu Jitsu and Tang Soo Do Karate. Glenn has also competed successfully in Mixed Martial Arts and Submission Grappling Competition.

Classes at LongShot MMA offer a complete mix of grappling and striking offense and defense that will build a well rounded skill set to prepare you for any situation. Along with individualized training to help meet your martial arts goals that might include; Self Defense, Fitness, Competition, and Recreation, or all of the above.
