LorDan Sweet Treats

We are two chicks that share a love for baking and sweets. Each one of us had a dream to one day have our own bakery. We met each other a year and a half ago and reazlized we both shared this love for baking and for making creative desserts as well as mastering recipes our grandmothers made. We decided we were going to take the chance and partner up and make this happen. With very little money we decided that we couldn't afford to rent a space. So we thought lets take some time get our name out there and while we are doing that we can help a good cause. So we started baking and decided we would hold local bake sales at different festivals and various locations to support the cause that means the most to us. With Danielle being a musician, and Lori's love for music. We decided we would bake our sweet treats, and take the proceeds we earned and give it to Music Matters (a fultz inc foundation) Music Matters provides used instruments that have been refurbished to underprivildged kids that otherwise could not afford them. And offers free lessons for those kids. We both believe that music gives kids that live in poverty an outlet to something positive where otherwise negative would live. Also it is a scientific fact that kids that are taught music and inolved in music have better grades exspecially in math and science. So we decided while we work on getting our name out there, we are going to give to these kids to joy of music, like we have in the joy of baking.
