Owner Lorena Jimenez opened November 23 2005 and have been working hard since then. The taco truck or taco shack is located on 9110 W Fairview Ave Boise. Corner of Fairview and Maple Grove, next to Jack in the Box. We are serving tacos and the home made gorditas ,burritos,sopes,huaraches,tortas,cincronizadas,enchiladas,floutas,tamales and more.
