The paste (from the Cornish "pasti" and English "pasty" ) is a British origin food introduced to the cuisine of Hidalgo . Today is a typical dish of the towns of Real del Monte (officially Mineral del Monte ) and Pachuca in the Mexican state of Hidalgo .

The Paste is filled with different combinations of ingredients. It has an analogue in the kitchen from elsewhere in the pies . For centuries, the people of Cornwall have their pastes filled with all kinds of ingredients possible.
History

The paste was added to Hidalgo , along with mining and football by engineers and contractors in Cornwall , England who worked in the mines of Hidalgo in the nineteenth century .
