2 Bedrooms - 845 Sq. Ft.
3 Bedrooms - 1130 Sq. Ft.

Deposit - Now offering inexpensive move in options with Sure Deposit.
Admin. Fee $150.00
Application fee is $50.00 for each applicant over 18 or for each married couple.

We welcome pets (NO BREED RESTRICTIONS) to our community with a deposit.
The Pet Deposit(s) are as follows:
$400.00 for the 1st pet (half refundable), $200.00 for each pet after that (half refundable)
3 pets max per apartment home.
$10.00 pet rent each month for cats and $15 for dogs, per pet.
