Dr. Louis B. Sachs is a native of Southern Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore’s Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1988. Dr. Sachs resides in Leonardtown with his wife and family.
