Our mission is to promote healthy lifestyle habits to those we are fortunate enough to serve through education, physical activity, socialization and a joyful spirit - to minister to the whole person by developing the mind, body and spirit. We have been playing an active role in the wellness of our community for the past 30 years.

Our professional health educators, exercise specialists, personal trainers, group exercise leaders and massage therapists work with you to help maximize the physical benefits that work best for your body.

If you are interested in joining our Fitness Center, we offer a complimentary 3-Day trial pass. Our monthly memberships no longer require a contract, allowing our members more flexibility.
