A bit about me: My name is Morgan, I am a certified holistic nutritionist and private chef. I cook and deliver meals in San Francisco, and now am looking to expand to the South Bay Area! My philosophy is to use organic, local, and sustainable ingredients. I cook with nutrient dense foods, and do not use common allergens and inflammatory agents. I don't believe in strict labels, as food is so commonly described by what it is not instead of what it is... but to give you a clear picture; I always cook gluten free, refined sugar free, soy free, corn free, and legume free. What my food is… always organic, rich in protein, healthy fats, and the best quality ingredients available!
How it works: I will email a menu every Saturday, and I ask that you email me how many servings of the entrees that you would like. The prices are per serving, and the servings are generous. Ex: 1 whole chicken leg would be 1 serving. Please email me your order by Sunday evening, and I will deliver the meals Tuesday evening to your home around 5-6.
