Love The Way You Look

These are just a few examples of the kinds of “inner-critic” thoughts that keep us from our true joy. The worst part about it is that we can’t always see just how much these conscious and subconscious thoughts limit our lives.

I created Love The Way You Look to help women effectively deal with their inner critic and self-judgments to become more free and confident in themselves and more loving and at peace with their bodies.

Through classes, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching, I address the following areas: ending struggle around weight loss, creating your healthy weight, dealing with changes as your body ages, coping with health issues, self-judgment and negative self-talk, self-care and accountability.
