What do we do?
We help men and women get to their ideal size or weight, ad then stay there...permanently.

How do we do it?
We spend 6 months, with weekly 90 minutes classes and group sizes of no more than 4 working with our students to figure out what works for them to lose weight and keep it off.

What makes us different:

- Our science-based program propagates love and not fear.

- Each student has their own unique plan (because everyone is different!)

- We won't tell you to give anything up (no, not even beer, ice cream or chocolate)

- Our focus is on changing your behavior, incrementally. Yes, we know how you can lose 30 lbs in 30 days. We want you to be successful in keeping it off!

- We search for the root causes of the challenges creating the weight gain and help desensitize them using various techniques including NLP and hypnotherapy.

We work from the inside out and we have classes starting every month.
