*We are available to help with fundraising events, festivals and other public type events. The pricing for such events will be determined based on each event.

^The scheduling person must represent a non-profit or charity organization, presently or formerly served in US military, presently be a first responder or officially represent a school

Payment/Refund Policy
A single payer 50% deposit is required to reseve a time slot. Deposits are 100% refundable up to 30 days for event date. Within 30 days, a cancellation without desire to reschedule is a 50% refund of the depost. A cancellation less than 48 hours from event date is a loss of deposit.

Weather Policy
Only we can cancel due to inclement weather. We can play in light rain. If thunder and lightning occurs just prior to or during play, there will be a 30 minute delay in play. If we cannot continue, a pro-rated refund will be allotted.
