BOUNDRIES;1. Starting at a point of the intersection of the Neshaminy Creek with the Delaware River, follow the Neshaminy creek upstream to Zimmerman Lane, Follow Zimmerman Lane north to New Falls Rd, follow New Falls Rd (Rt 413) to the Delaware River to the starting point at the Neshaminy Creek.

2. Starting at the point of Rt 413 and the PA Turnpike, follow east on the Turnpike to the Delaware River, follow south on the Delaware River to Rt 413, follow Rt 413 north to the starting point.

3. The area identified as the starting point, following the Delaware River south to Station avenue, Station Avenue up to Rt 13, follow Rt 13 north to the intersection of the Neshaminy Creek and follow the Neshaminy Creek to the starting point at the Delaware River.
