The Lower Swatara Lions Club is a community service organization based out of Lower Swatara, PA. This Lion's Club is part of the larger Lions Club International organization.

Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM at the Lions Club Building located at 2 Theodore Ave. (Shopes Garden) Middletown, PA 17057.

Some of the Projects that we do include:
- Monthly Sub Sale
- Spaghetti Dinners
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Halloween Parade
- Free rentals of Wheel Chairs, Walkers, Canes, Shower Chairs, and some other equipment, as available, for the local community
