Hello and Welcome!

My name is Tamara Akers, Certified Interior Decorator, Professional Organizer and Owner of LTB Designs - an award-winning, one-stop residential design company founded in 2004 and based in Frederick County MD. With many years of operating a successful business, I bring all of my experiences, along with a deep passion for design, an innate ability to organize and a drive for excellence, to help create homes that work for you, not against you - homes that allow you to get to doing what's important - LIVING!

Our one-stop approach provides you with the flexibility to pick which services serve you best at whatever stage you are in life. We offer full room design, redesign (using your existing items), room finishing, and/or professional organization. We create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, reflect your style, and that intuitively function at their highest level so you can operate at your highest level. Home is about so many things, the least of which should be futzing over which paint color to put on the wall or which sofa to purchase or where to put all the shoes. Leave that to us!
