In recent years I have struggled with keeping my weight and fitness level where I would like it to be. I hated the monotony of running on a treadmill or working out on an elliptical machine. I discovered Team Beachbody after watching the P90X infomercial and ordering the workout. For the first time, I found myself looking forward to the intense but highly productive workouts. Next thing I knew, I had numerous other Beachbody programs and supplements all of which were top notch. I am currently down 36 lbs and 26" and I feel great!.
As I got closer to my goals, I realized that there were a lot of other people that weren't satisfied with their health or physical condition and decided to pay it forward by becoming an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. My responsibilities as your coach are to provide you with the support, motivation and tools you need to accomplish your goals.
