In 1986, the Dimmick family began to acquire line of construction trailers. Sales volumes rose quickly, and within five years they had hired a staff and had outgrown the Randolph Center Farm.
This prompted the family to move operations to South Royalton where they rented a large log cabin for an office and shop next to a ten acre lot they had purchased.
By 1997, the business had flourished to the point that they once again needed room to grow, and the family constructed their current headquarters on the adjacent lot.
