Providing a service of true American down home cooking experience, the same as my mother did for us kids and passed on to her grandchildren. Our matriarch would spend all morning and sometimes the night before preparing our meal, from butter horn rolls to braised beef, for my father and her 5 daughters. On our birthday we always got to choose what the meal of the day and cake, creating memories while they aromas wafted through the air. At a young age she taught us the art of cooking, in our hand-sewn own aprons. Most of us have taken her technique and twisted into other flavors, sharing our experiences and becoming exceptional cooks. My children ask me to make Grandma’s dishes which I so proudly make. Such as pork chops that fall off the bone, in real cream of mushroom gravy with garden fresh mashed potatoes, beef stew with garden vegetables served in an individual crusty round loaf of bread or beef stroganoff, where the beef can be cut with a fork.
