TinaMarie Lugo, MSW, LMSW, CPT

Tina is a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Tina uses cognitive behavioral practices, as part of her nutrition and wellness programs. These practices empower clients to be mindful of their daily well being and to improve their fitness and nutritional habits.

Tina’s highly collaborative wellness practice aims to understand a client’s current level of wellness, including but not limited to dietary and fitness choices, in order to address negative habits and to develop positive lifestyle behaviors. Her philosophy is that, if you are educated about health and wellness, you will give yourself the opportunity to make permanent changes that will improve your health and life. Tina’s wellness coaching model is very empathetic to the difficulties that clients face on their path to good health. She will listen to you, work with you, and you will then work as a team to develop and plan for your personal success.

Tina received her BA from Montclair State University, her MSW from the University of Minnesota, her CPT education from NASM, and she is currently a state licensed Master’s level Social Worker.
