We are Downtown Minneapolis’ most versatile venue, located at the intersection of Hennepin Avenue and South 5th Street in the dazzling Lumber Exchange Building. Over the past 4 years, we have hosted some of the Twin Cities’ greatest events at the Fountain Room, The Exchange and Alibi Lounge, and The Pourhouse.
