Luna Juice Bar

Luna Juice Bar is a family owned and operated business that got its simple start at a little farmer's market in Belton, TX.

As a young mother our founder, Summer, started researching food after hearing that cow's milk may not be the healthiest thing to give your baby. In 1998 when her sweet baby boy was born, research wasn't as easy as a click away. After spending hours upon hours at the local library she found interesting studies that showed that cow's milk was not only unhealthy, it could even be dangerous.

This preliminary research lead her down a long path of searching out the truth behind food, it's assets and defects, and the healing power found in what we put into our bodies.

Summer has worked in the food industry for many years. Working and living in Austin, Waco and Temple, TX. Working in all aspects of the restaurant including serving, catering, managing and even the occasional dish washing!

She is happily married to her best friend and business partner, Ronnie and has 2 beautiful boys, Haigon Moon (who you will see working part time at Moon Juice) and Pierce.

Although she spends the majority of her time juicing, Summer has a deep love of Jesus and dedicates her time and energy to serving Him above all else. Without His Grace and Mercy, none of this would be possible.
