Working as a computer consultant for many years, I had the opportunity to travel and live in exciting places such as Hawaii, California, and Brevard County Florida working on the NASA Space Shuttle Program.

My love of this community and the many great friends I have made would make it hard to live anywhere else. I became involved in this community serving as the Chairman of the Board of Adjustment for the City of Cape Canaveral before being elected to the City Council, where I currently serve.

In 2002 I ventured into real estate, going on to work for a nationwide Real Estate Investment and Development Company as a Project Development Manager and Maritime Operations Manager affording me the opportunity to work closely with city officials, attorneys, architects, and builders in various capacities while expanding my knowledge in Riparian (river/lakes) and Littoral (ocean) waterfront law, regulations, and property acquisition.

I joined Luxury Real Estate Florida, Inc in 2011. Built by a successful real estate broker whose career spans more than 30 years, Luxury Real Estate Florida, Inc is the manifestation of a dream to fashion an organization from which exceptional associates are guaranteed the ample support, resources and time to provide a level of service previously unavailable. Formed of carefully selected Realtors who share a desire to achieve perfection and the ability to work harmoniously, we have created an environment designed to shelter our clients from the stress associated with real estate transactions. At the pinnacle, our client’s goal to buy or sell should be satisfied with an experience that is exciting and pleasant.

In recent years real estate transactions have grown increasingly complicated and fraught with potential disasters.
