Lynn Winternitz Charous has lived in the North Shore and Northwest Suburbs all of her life. A Registered Interior Designer, Lynn started her career working at Marshall Field & Company. After 10 years she went to work for her family's fourth generation industrial auction and appraisal firm Winternitz, Inc. In 2008 another financial services company acquired Winternitz, Inc. Lynn decided to go back to her first love working with residential homes. She will apply her extensive business expertise and interior design knowledge to work for you. Lynn is conscientious, detail oriented and dependable. She prides herself on her professionalism, integrity and customer service.

Lynn enjoys working with people and being involved in the community. She serves as an Alzheimer’s Ambassador to the 10th Congressional District and volunteers at the Northfield Food Pantry.
