M1 Concourse

M1 Concourse is an auto enthusiast destination that will have:
(1) a gated community of 250+ private garages that owners can utilize for storage, office, work shop and/or entertainment space (units range from ($105k - $550k each);
(2) a 1.5 mile performance track and 2 acre skid pad available to (a) garage owners who have access through a Motorsports Club that provides guaranteed 6-7 hours of weekly access for a variety of driving activities, (b) corporate clients who can rent the facility for testing, training and marketing activities, and (c) the general public and car clubs who can participate in driving schools and open track days (fees start at $150); and
(3) a retail area open to the public with restaurants, entertainment and auto related shops (first tenants projected to move in June 2017).

Starting in June, M1 Concourse will host car shows, swap meets, auctions, product demos/launches, festivals, concerts, drive-in movies and more that will be open to the public (many events will be free and others will have entry fees).

We will not have a dirt track or drag strip on the property. We will not conduct sanctioned races or permit motorcycles on Champion Motor Speedway. (Motorcycles will be welcome in the rest of the facility.) Owners of garages can sleep over in their units but they are not zoned residential and thus can't be purchased as one's primary residence.

M1 Concourse will be a family environment open to all. Yes, a large part of M1 Concourse is a private garage community with a sizable entry price point, but the other components (track and areas for retail open to the public) wouldn't be possible without it. We have strived to develop something that is accessible to all, while focusing on ensuring it is economically viable.
