MA DU Judo Club
Starting feb 20th 2016 every Saturday morning at 9am the Nam Phan MMA Academy will be holding a one hour JUDO tachiwaza/randori session.
All judo schools are welcome and it is a black belt only invite. There are no charges or fees for judo black belts but there will be a $5 entry fee for every non black belt . No one under 18 is allowed to train without a parent's signature.
We are all here to learn from one another and get better. Please leave your ego at the door. All we ask is that everyone follow the MA DU Academy rules.
- plz introduce yourself , shake everyone's hand when you arrive and before you leave the academy
- BOW before entering and exciting off the mat.
- NO profanity / cussing
- keep your ego at the door . No bad attitudes will be tolerated .
- show everyone respect
- Have a good time

MaDu柔道クラブ
2月20日より、毎週土曜日の朝9時からナムファンMMAアカデミーにて1時間の柔道立ち技・乱取りセッションを始めます。
柔道道場所属に所属している、全ての黒帯の選手を歓迎します。黒帯の選手には料金がかかりませんが、黒帯以外の選手には$5の参加費がかかります。18歳以下の参加者は、保護者の署名入り同意書が必要です。
私たちは互いに成長し、学びあうためにここにいます。自身のエゴは戸口で捨て、MaDuアカデミーの規律を守るよう、ご協力宜しくお願いいたします。
－到着後と帰宅前、他の参加者に自己紹介をし、握手をすること
－マットに上がる前と降りる際、必ずマットに向かって敬礼すること
－他人への冒涜、悪態は絶対にしないこと
－戸口で自身のエゴを捨てること・礼儀を欠いた態度はひかえること
－皆を尊敬すること.
－良い時間をすごすこと
