Everything is weighed, measured, and portioned to fit your daily calorie and macronutrient needs which will be determined through an initial consultation and adjusted through regular check ins. How many meals you want, what days you want them, and when and how you consume them is entirely up to you and will have no effect on the results these meals will help you achieve because the total amount of calories and macronutrients you are taking in will remain constant. While many meals will be home cooked and prepared, others may be packaged and convenient sources for times when you need the convenience. The meals will be based on the premise of flexible dieting and can include any foods you want to consume each day in moderation. All the calculating, measuring, shopping, prepping, and portioning is done for you in order to provide you with highly nutritious, filling, enjoyable, satisfying meal choices to fuel your day and keep you on track toward reaching your goals. Meals will be packed and available for delivery/pickup the day before you want to have them. You can choose to have meals prepared for any days you want. You also may choose to have all your calories and macronutrients accounted for in your meals or opt to "save some" for other occasions each day such as family dinners, lunch with co-workers, or whatever the case may be.
