CBG is a casual dining restaurant in an upscale setting that celebrates the eclectic, inspirational
culture of South Asia’s Mughal Dynasty. A colorful variety of spices, from mild to hot, will
embrace a worldly variety of cheeses, red meats, poultry, seafood, breads, and biryani—all of
which will come together on hot charcoal, sizzling grills, and aromatic ovens. Art and
architecture will complement the ethnic celebration. CBG will export the experience, via various
catering arrangements.
The company’s short term goal (one to two years) is to share its dining concept with Houston,
Texas metropolitan’s burgeoning population. In the longer term, the company will expand to
comparable metropolitan areas throughout the U.S.
