Main Street Cooking Studio

Main street cooking studio is a place designated to teaching our guests the tricks of the trade. Our classes are small with a max of 10 students. All are hands on unless said otherwise. We’re passionate about cooking and love to have fun in the kitchen. When you attend one of our classes you will learn technique not just recipes. Technique is key when in the kitchen and we’ll show you how to apply that to ingredients. Our classes are aimed at home cooks that range from basic knife skills to couples dinner to classes based on the ingredients our area has to offer. The classes are designed to help gain confidence in the kitchen. We encourage you to take the classes in any order you please. We recommend knife skills first. Each student receives a daily recipe packet and most classes end with everyone enjoying the fruits of their labor.
