Maine Yoga Kids

Cayce Lannon and Jenna Nordberg met at a yoga class in the fall of 2013. They got to talking about the benefits of yoga for children, and a beautiful friendship was born. They have since teamed up to form Maine Yoga Kids, which offers various classes in multiple settings around Maine. They believe in a child-centered approach that gives children the tools to cultivate mindfulness and peace in their everyday lives.
