All available means are used to hold the tenant financially responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Rent Collection: Tenants may make rental payments through automatic draft from their checking account, credit card or debit card.

Accounting Services: We provide owners with comprehensive financial information about their real estate investments. We provide monthly statements that are accurate, timely, and complete. Our experienced staff uses the latest computerized property management software that details revenues and expenses and allows you to simplify your tax return easily and accurately. We also offer bill-paying services making owning rental property hassle-free.

Property Maintenance: We handle emergency needs around the clock as well as routine maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repairs, painting, carpet cleaning and appliance service.


Evictions: If a tenant does not fulfill their obligation or pay their rent, we will manage the
Eviction Process at no extra charge to you for our services. We have developed a streamlined process to avoid any unnecessary vacancy time for our clients.

Property Management Fees: We do not charge set-up fees.
