created in the small village of tinguindin, mexico," Malcom's Madness" was originally produced by martha malcom andrade and her son james. each village tends to have their own salsa indigenous to their own area, and this was theirs. the name itself was to pay tribute to martha's father Spencer Malcom ( my stepfather ) who in 1978 was murdered in bear, de. the murder is still unsolved and even today haunts my brothers and sisters with many unanswered questions.
