Mamma Onesta's Italian Restaurant is owned by the DeGrassi Family. A Local Family. Mamma Onesta's Italian Restaurant Opened on St. Joseph's Day March 19, 2008. Mamma Onesta's Means Honest Mother in Italian. We named it after our hard working honest mother Erminia DeGrassi (Franks' Mother). Owner Frank DeGrassi (Owner/Manager) and his wife Mary and 6 kids work the restaurant. Anthony (aka., Steel Blue Eyes), Ashley, Marty, Brian, Rachael and Frank Matthew.
