This day and age is centered around how fast a person can get something accomplished while still getting results. With such busy schedules and lack of knowledge it can be very difficult to get the exercise your body needs, but the coaches of Man O' War CrossFit will do everything possible to help you reach your goals.
With WOD's that can be done at our Open Gym you can be in and out in less than 30 minutes while still burning 600+ calories and leaving enough time to make it home for dinner. These short yet intense workouts can be Fit into anyone's schedule, early morning, during a lunch break, pre/post dinner or anytime in-between. Making CrossFit perfect for this day and age.

Classes
The classes offered are a hour in length and consist of a thorough warm-up, technique/Skill demonstration, WOD, cool-down and for the ones who are still moving and up for it there will be a "challenge" workout following the WOD.

Open Gym
During open gym there will always be a coach on the floor to assist with the needs of a client. The coaches first priority will always be the safety of the clients training, but will also be there to assist with technique, spotting, workout programing, motivation, and directions to the bathroom if you really need it.

One-on-One Training
1-1 personal training will also be offered when available and will consist of an hour long workout programmed to help you reach your goals. Before the first training session the client will sit down with their trainer to discuss their goals, reasoning/motivation for exercising , past workout experience, medical history and favorite "naughty" food (maybe one day you'll be reward with that after a tough workout ;) )

Fast Track Program
These classes are set up for people who are new to CrossFit or for ones who dont quite feel comfortable in the other classes. In this program the workouts are scaled back more to focus on perfecting technique and building a proper foundation to help prepare the client for more advanced workouts. Varying from client to client this program can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks or until the coach has seen enough improvement to allow the client into the other classes.
