Manatee Haven Beach House

Manatee Haven is an upscale, non-smoking, beachview home that offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with an elevator to all three levels. It is professionally decorated, has a swimming pool and hot tub located in a 3,200 sq. feet private screened-in patio that encompasses all three levels of living area. Our home offers every amenity for its guests, including access to the private North Captiva Island Club facilities, Wi-Fi Broadband internet connection, free long-distance phone calls within the US, and a private beach just 500 feet away.

The first level of Manatee Haven has four bedrooms, two kings, one queen and two twins, in addition to two full baths. Each of the bedrooms is fully tiled and beautifully appointed with island themes. DirecTV (with free Netflix) is available in the Great room, and in all four bedrooms and a PS3 with 20+ video games is in the special twin bedroom suite that is decorated in a dolphin theme for kids. There is also a private screened lanai off the master bedroom that overlooks the pool and patio.

The second floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with Granite countertops and a bar for an enjoyable breakfast or lunch. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Gulf views from a Natuzzi leather sectional, watch 700+ DVD's, stored in eleven 3-ring binders, on a 55' Smart HD/TV w/ surround sound and FREE Netflix access, or listen to 100+ CD's on a Stereo with IPod input. A dining area is off the kitchen and has a full glass/wood table with extensions and six chairs. In addition there is a bar with a separate small refrigerator to keep your favorite drinks cold as well as one exclusively for wine bottles. In addition there is a full bath on the second level. A 25X11 foot lanai is off the great room and faces the Gulf where you can take pleasure in the view and relax with the Gulf breezes. The lanai features a 6-person patio table, a CharBroil infra-red grill, a Cuisinart double-sided grill and chaise lounges for relaxing.

From the screened lanai there is a spiral staircase that leads to an observation deck, 49 feet above ground, with a grand 360-degree view of North Captiva Island, the gulf, bay and surrounding islands. A telescope is available to view the night sky. A screened heated 15 by 33-feet heated pool that is one of the largest on the island along with a hot tub and elevator in a large screened-in patio that is on the ground level. A large and smaller George Foreman grill are available to use. Swim laps, play pool games of basketball, volleyball, or just sit and relax in the spa. A private hot/cold shower is available off the pool and a Weber charcoal grill is ready for your poolside dining. A golf cart is included with your rental.
